Bill Knight of Bratton has sent in this photo of a football team formed by Chippenham Railway Station employees.
The picture was taken in 1948/9 and the players all have badges which came about because of nationalisation (British Rail) on January 1, 1948.
Mr Knight said: "I myself was captain of the team at that time (I was a locomotive fireman). I would like to know how many are still alive."
The picture caption names the team as: Chippenham British Railways Football Team, left to right, back row, E Gale, C Gale, W Sims, J Blanchard, R Ball, M Wyatt, D Smith, front row, J Archer, M Pearce, C Cooper, W Knight (captain).
Anyone who recognises themselves in the photo can contact Mr Knight on (01380) 830627.
