A ROYAL visitor will help a firm celebrate its first year in Melksham.
The Duke of Kent will meet employees and tour Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems in Westinghouse Way on May 9. The firm, which employs around 320 people, moved to Melksham from Chippenham a year ago.
Nick Brailey, company marketing and communications officer, said: "We are delighted that the Duke of Kent is coming, as he has a keen interest in industry and technology. He will be with us for about an hour-and-a-half and will be going around the entire facility and chatting to various staff."
