COMMUNITY organisations in Corsham are being invited to apply for grants to help support initiatives that benefit the town.
Corsham Town Council has earmarked more than £4,000 for small grants. Applicants that provide a service, enhance the quality of life, improve the environment, or promote Corsham in a positive way will be eligible for consideration. Organisations must be non-profit making or charitable.
Cllr Jock Fraser, chairman of the town council said: "We are very keen to support projects and initiatives that benefit Corsham, Gastard and Neston. "We would encourage local organisations to apply for financial support when they need it. Last year we were able to help 20 groups in the Corsham area."
The deadline for applications is June 30 and application forms are available from Corsham Town Hall.
