POLICE have today released an artist's impression of a man wanted in connection with a robbery in Trowbridge.

A 37-year-old woman was walking along an alleyway by Cavell Court, through to Bradley Road, at 7.45pm on March 28, when she was attacked by two hooded thugs.

As one of the attackers asked her for the time, the second punched her in the face when she turned round, knocking her to the floor. The pair snatched her handbag, including £150 cash, and ran off through Cavell Court.

The victim was taken to hospital for shock and minor bruising. Police have released this artist's impression of one of the suspects. He was wearing a hoody and dark trousers at the time of the attack and is about 5ft 10ins.

The second is described as white, between 17 and 18 years old, about 5ft 8ins, with a medium build.

He was wearing a hoody, jeans and a pair of white trainers, which had a blue strip running from the heel to the toe.
