Chairman Greg Dyke and the directors celebrated the tenth anniversary since he and a group of investors acquired Dartmouth Golf and Country Club from the receivers.
He said: "I admire the enthusiasm, the energy and the professionalism of the people who work here."
The club had invested over £30 million into the local economy over the last 10 years and employs more than 130 people.
General manager Jamie Waugh said: "The success of the company can be attributed to the directors' continual investment and the hard work of a dedicated team of staff."
Nicola Bonas, the club's sales and marketing manager, said the club is one of the top 80 golf courses in the UK and Ireland as voted by Golf Monthly.
