Veteran George Ryall (Clevedon Golf Centre) won the Gloucester and Somerset PGA medal at Minehead and West Somerset.
Ryall, who was out in two-under-par 32, finished with two birdie threes, a par four on the 17th and a par three on the last for a one-under round of 70. This was despite taking a triple-bogey eight on the 11th.
He made it double for Georges as he shared top place with home assistant George Hampshire. After coasting at three-under-par after seven holes Hampshire then dropped three.
