West Cornwall's Peter Darlington won the Perranporth Open Winter Foursomes for the third time, this time partnered by club secretary Gareth Evans.
They beat Henry Cooper (Truro) and Chuck' Norris (Trevose) 5 and 4 in a 36-hole final played in freezing conditions.
Former county regular Darlington, 55, has now won the title with three different partners.
He and Malcolm Edmunds took the trophy in 1989. Then he celebrated with another clubmate Barry Higgins in 1991.
The winners led by three holes after the first 18 and picked up two more holes by the sixth in the afternoon.
