TV chef, Antony Worrall Thompson, star of BBC Ready Steady Cook is the executive chef at The Angel Coaching Inn and together with resident chef, Paul Kinsey, has devised the pub's brand new menu. The venue prides itself on offering value for money and serving excellent food using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, many of which are locally sourced. The house speciality is steaks, which are hung for 35 days.
Diners can eat in the restaurant or in the bar or alfresco in the secluded courtyard garden.

Dating back to the 14th century, the George is one of the oldest buildings in Lacock and has always been a pub. It has a lovely interior and is packed with features, including a fine medieval fireplace.
The George serves an excellent range of food including ploughman's lunches, steaks and a superb Sunday roast.
There is a good selection of beers on offer and there is a family area at the rear of the inn.

A friendly pub overlooking a village green, The White Horse is popular in summer with its beer garden and outside tables, and cosy in winter with inviting log fires.
Enjoying a typically English setting, itis approached via narrow lanes which open out into the green with a duck pond and is surrounded by mellow stone houses.
