PEDAL power pulled in the pounds for charity thanks to the efforts of a food firm employee.
Rob Brady, who works for apetito in Trowbridge, raised £400 by taking part in the SPAM Winter Challenge mountain bike race across Salisbury Plain.
He was helping The Parkinson's Disease Society, a charity close to his heart since his father was diagnosed with the illness five years ago. Charity president Alun Morgan was presented with the cheque on Friday. He said: "This donation will really make a difference in finding a cure for this disease."
