HAYLEY MURDER TRIAL: HAYLEY Richards' last words to her mother the night before she was found dead in her flat were "I love you mum, I'll see you in the morning."
Christina Richards described their relationship as "very close" and "like sisters". She said they talked every day and saw each other on most days, unless Hayley was on holiday.
Mrs Richards spent the evening of June 10 with her youngest daughter in the Red or White restaurant in Trowbridge, where Hayley was a trainee manager. Her mother said she had been her old bubbly self, and was excited about becoming a mother.
The pair, who lived close to each other in Carders Corner, were given a lift home and dropped off at around 11.25pm, when they said goodnight. Mrs Richards could see her daughter's flat from her home and would often see her through the window.
On the evening of June 10 she watched her daughter walk into her flat alone, before Hayley turned around and waved goodbye to her mother.
