Veteran Tony Phillips takes Southwick
VETERAN councillor Tony Phillips has been elected to the Southwick seat.
Cllr Phillips, who will be entering his 54th year in local government and is a former leader of West Wiltshire District Council, said: "I never count my chickens with these things so I didn't know how it would go.
"I'm very pleased obviously because I've now got within the two years of my 60th."
