CAMPAIGNING town councillor Jon Hubbard has won a seat on Wiltshire Council for the Lib Dems.
Mr Hubbard, who has most recently been helping residents in Spa Court in their bid to have a neighbouring lorry park closed, won by more than 500 votes.
Melksham mayor and former district councillor Richard Wiltshire (Cons) came in second, with Labour's James McGee in third.
