A 30-year-old man and a teenager are to face trial by jury after pleading not guilty to a charge of actual bodily harm.
Tommy Hitt and the 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are accused of assaulting their alleged victim on Friday November 28 last year.
Hitt, of Ferris Grove, Melksham, and the teenager, of Chapmanslade, pleaded not guilty to the charge when they appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
They will now face trial by jury on Tuesday June 23 and were released on bail on condition they do no contact witnesses or go to an address in Bratton.
