Born: May 24, 9.05am
Weight: 8lbs 12ozs
Parents: Grant Storer, 38, and Michelle Greatley, 26, from Sambourne Gardens, Warminster
Baby Isla made her parents wait for her arrival as she was a week overdue.
Isla is the third child of lecturer Grant Storer and Center Parcs employee Michelle Greatley, who have two sons Ewan, seven, and Jude, 22 months.
She is also welcomed into the family by her half sister Charlotte, 19, and half brother Brendan Storer, 17.
Miss Greatley, who was in labour for four hours, said: “The family are loving having another baby around.
“They want cuddles with her all the time. She slept well on the first night, but not very well on the second.
“The pregnancy was smooth sailing really apart from the fact she was a week overdue, that was really frustrating.
“It was the worst labour of the three – that was probably because of her size.
“Grant was my birthing partner and he was very supportive. He’s a dab hand now.”
The 26-year-old mother, who also gave birth to Jude at Trowbridge Hospital, praised the care she received.
She added: “The staff are lovely there. They are laid back and make you feel relaxed.”
