Several schools in west Wiltshire are making changes to their buildings in the coming months.
At Winsley Primary School, planning permission is being sought for a pre-school facility on its premises in Tyning Road.
Winsley Acorns Pre-School meets at Winsley Village Hall at the moment.
The application is in partnership with Wiltshire Council.
Holt Primary School, in The Gravel, has been given the go-ahead to extend the headteacher’s and administration staff offices, as well as the equipment store in the main hall and the parking area.
Meanwhile King’s Park Primary School in Lowbourne, Melksham, has been granted permission to extend its admin area, while Bellefield Primary School in Windermere Road, Trowbridge has permission to replace first floor windows in two classrooms in its new extension, which was officially unveiled by the Duchess of Cornwall earlier this month.
