Born: May 6, 2.10pm

Weight: 6lb 4oz

Parents: Lee Hennessey and Jessica Mead, of Wessex Walk, Westbury.

Cameron is the first child for Mr Hennessey, 22, who is not currently working and Jessica, 18, a carer for the elderly. The couple have been together for two years after meeting at a local restaurant, where Miss Mead was working as a waitress while Mr Hennessey was living upstairs.

The couple chose the name Cameron because they liked it, while Harry is a Hennessey family name chosen in memory of Mr Hennessey’s grandfather.

Miss Mead had an enjoyable pregnancy with everything running smoothly and Cameron was delivered safely at Trowbridge Birthing Centre, which she said provided a really lovely atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. She had a short labour of just five-and-a-half hours, which came as a welcome surprise to the new mum.

She said: “It was quick, much quicker than I thought it was going to be, this being my first.”

The family are now settling in at home and Cameron appears to be a very happy and healthy baby who rarely cries and enjoys his sleep.

“We haven’t even really heard him cry yet,” Miss Mead said. “We just put on a CD and he falls asleep.” His favourite appears to be The Fray, which is what they played to soothe him throughout her pregnancy.
