PREMIER DIVISION: There maybe just one game in the Robson Taylor, Chippenham League Premier division tonight but it will be a massive game for leaders Biddestone Social who are away at Maud Heath Sports and must win the game if they are to have any chance of going into Sunday’s massive game against three time defending champions Corsham Centre with a slender lead at the top of the table.
Andy Townsend’s Maud Heath side won’t be a pushover and there is no way that Biddestone will put 18 goals past their hosts at the Recreation Ground in Calne as they did against the Ship at the weekend, and the hosts might even derail Biddestone’s title push as they only suffered a 2-1 loss when the teams met a month ago with Gary Banks scoring both of Biddy’s goals on that occasion.
Biddestone will be going all out for victory and even though they just managed to win the previous meeting, they are predicted to take the spoils with a more convincing victory in the return match.
