PREMIER DIVISION: Should Corsham Centre A defeat Semington Rovers for the second time in 16 days when the clubs meet at St Mary’s tonight then Martin Bradfield’s side will move into joint number one spot in the premier division of Robson Taylor, Chippenham League.
The Centre won the previous encounter 4-0 thanks to a double from Simon Gray, an own goal and Shane Godsell’s single, and the worrying thing for Allan Clarke’s side has to be that Gray who has scored eight goals in the Centre’s previous five league matches looks to have rediscovered his hunger for goals after managing just six in his first 12 games of the campaign.
Semington are predicted to suffer another defeat at the hands of the three time top flight champions, but if the hosts can raise their game they could prove to be a potential banana skin to the visitors hopes of claiming a fourth successive premiership crown.
