Pagan protester King Arthur Pendragon faces forcible eviction if he fails to leave land near Stonehenge by Sunday.
The pagan has been demonstrating on behalf of the Council of British Druid Orders since June 21.
He is calling for fences around the moment to be removed and a tunnel over the A303 to be built and the A344 grassed over.
The eviction process would involve Wiltshire Council applying to Salisbury County Court for a warrant of possession.
If successful, bailiffs would then be called in to physically eject Pendragon, and his caravan, from the site near the monument.
Should he return, Pendragon could be arrested for trespass.
