Born: April 10, 11.12am
Weight: 7lb 7oz
Parents: Danilo, 38, and Anna Amador, 29, of Garth Road, Hilperton.
AFTER a three-hour labour third-time mum Anna Amador said it was her most painful birth yet.
“The pain was intense but the staff (at Trowbridge Birthing Centre) were great and the atmosphere was very relaxed. It was like being at home,” she said.
“The first five months were not great as I had really bad morning sickness all day, every day and I could hardly eat a thing. However I made up for it in the final four months.”
Danilo and Anna met at Bristol Temple Meads station nine years ago, when Danilo, who now works as a manager at a restaurant in Salisbury, had just come over from his native Phillipines.
“He came over to me and started speaking Tagolog, a local Filipino dialect that I’d forgotten, and I couldn’t understand a word that he was saying,” Anna said. The couple were married two years later. Their children’s names have been chosen to follow a family tradition to give girls names beginning with the same letter.
