A DIY store in Warminster is paying tribute to servicemen in the town by offering them a discount card.
The scheme, offering a 10 per cent discount to the Armed Forces and their families, has returned after a successful trial at the Focus store in Fairfield Road, Warminster, last April.
Geoff Hedley, store manager at Focus in Warminster, said: “It has returned because there was a lot of support for it the last time we ran the discount.
“It was a member of our staff here that said they wanted to do something for the soldiers and it kicked off from there.”
To qualify for the discount, which is also available in stores at Amesbury, Aldershot and Wantage, Armed forces personnel must produce a valid form of military identification in store.
They then fill out an application form. A signature will also be required from the family member who will also be using the card.
