AN extension to the Shaw Trust Palmer Gardens centre in Trowbridge was unveiled at the weekend in front of a VIP audience.
The garden centre in Islington has increased its covered sales area by more a third and put in more car parking spaces.
Trowbridge mayor Cllr John Knight officially opened the extension after a welcome from ITV presenter Peter Rowell.
Lord Lieutenant of Wiltshire John Bush OBE, and West Wilts MP Dr Andrew Murrison also attended the event on Saturday.
General manager Mark Bradbury said: "We are thoroughly delighted with how it went. It was very well attended and we were immensely pleased with the support. We hope the vastly improved facilities will provide a better environment for our customers, sales team and service users."
Palmer Gardens is run by the Shaw Trust charity, which helps disabled or disadvantaged people to find work and be more independent. There are 30 people working at the centre.
