Children made Easter baskets, cards and biscuits to mark the festive period at Westbury Library this week.
About 24 children, aged between four and 12-years-old, got creative during the various craft activities at the Edward Street library yesterday Staff at the library also read The Odd Egg by Emily Gravett, filled with watercolour and pencil illustrations, which is about a duck who dreamed of laying an egg.
The children were also able to borrow wrapped up mystery books about Easter.
Anne Huggett, supervisor at the library, said: “The children had a really good time and they are always very enthusiastic about their mystery books - they can't wait to unwrap them.”
