Police are appealing for witnesses after two ‘walk-in burglaries’ occurred overnight in Melksham on Wednesday, April 1.
The first happened at a house in Foresters Park Road between 8.30pm on Tuesday, March 31 and 7.55am on the Wednesday.
A number of items, including cash, keys, bank and debit cards, were stolen.
A similar incident took place at a house in St Margaret’s Gardens between 11.35pm and 6.30am on the same night.
A silver Panasonic camera was taken.
Police are appealing to anyone who noticed anything out of the ordinary in the area at those times to contact PC Robert Milne at Bradford on Avon police station on 0845 408 7000.
