ALTHOUGH I am pleased that Cllr Jeff Osborn was against the refurbishment of the Town Hall I thought it was the Conservative group that took the stand on this particular issue (it being their policy) and that Cllr Osborn happened to support this.
In fact it was a major “plank” in the Conservative campaign at the last town council election.
I know this to be true as I was one of the candidates.
