A lamb, like this one, was found on a doorstep in Warminster
Police are appealing for information after a lamb was mysteriously left on the doorstep of a house in Warminster on Saturday night.
A woman from Pound Street reported the incident to police after she heard a knock on her window and looked out to see a lamb had been left outside her front door.
The animal was reunited with its mother an hour later at Tascroft Farm in Upton Scudamore, where it had been stolen from.
