There were celebrations in Trowbridge this morning after Frome-born Jenson Button's fairy tale victory in the Australian Grand Prix.
Button won the first Formula One race of the season comfortable in the Brawn car - yet weeks ago he didn't know if he would have a drive at all this season after the Honda team went bust.
Brawn this weekend announced a new partnership with Sir Richard Branson's Virgin group.
Roger Brunt, the Trowbridge driving instructor who taught Button to drive, was flying the flag in celebration outside the Virgin call centre base in Trowbridge.
Mr Brunt said: "I'm so proud of Jenson. He drove a fantastic race and he deserves this success."
