SEVENTY year old Eddie Smallbone has been remembered by people living in his home village of Whitley near Melksham after he died following a suspected heart attack on Sunday.
Mr Smallbone, is thought to have suffered a heart attack in his car, which was parked outside the Leekes department store in Beanacre Road, Melksham.
Passers-by alerted the emergency services after seeing him slumped in his car and Wiltshire Air Ambulance was called in around 11am.
Mr Smallbone was taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath where he died later.
