PREMIER DIVISON: Westbury Rangers A and Holt met again on Thursday night just four days after Rangers had beaten Stuart Faint’s side 4-2 and like the first meeting Rangers again ran out winners as they completed a quick fire league double over their hosts at Meadow Lane.
Rangers hit eight unanswered goals to leave their opponents suffering a fourth straight loss and their own success moved them up into fifth place in the table with games in hand on all the teams bar Corsham Centre A who are above them in the standings.
Paul Beavers gave Rangers the lead and from then on it was a walk in the park for the hosts, Marc Lanfear followed up his hat trick from Sunday with another three timer, Nathan Hallett also scored three and Chris Storey’s single completed the rout.
