Staff at a Westbury firm are celebrating after the business was awarded with a ‘One to Watch’ status by the Sunday Times.
Heritage Automotive, which has a Volkswagen centre on the West Wilts Trading Estate, was one of 100 business given the status in the best companies accreditation project by the newspaper.
This is the first year the company has entered the survey, which asks staff for feedback on the culture of the company, its management style and what makes it a good employer.
Mike Dowling, group human resources manager, said: “I am extremely proud to be a part of a company that employs great people and who genuinely cares for its staff and customers alike”.
Other companies on the list include Tesco.com, T-Mobile, and Nissan Motors.
