The Wiltshire Air Ambulance was scrambled to Codford near Warminster on Saturday to treat a woman who was suffering from chest pains.
The 50-year-old's condition was not as serious as first thought and a land ambulance attended to her.
The helicopter was also called out on Friday evening after a driver failed to stop for police in Corsham shortly after 11pm and crashed before making off on foot.
The helicopter used thermal imaging to try and find the driver.
One man was arrested shortly afterwards.
