The fifth annual hairdressing competition at the Wiltshire College campus in Trowbridge has been hailed a great success by organisers.
The event takes place in Trowbridge, Salisbury and Chippenham each year and involves students from apprenticeship level to Level 3 NVQs.
Nicky Paynter, a lecturer in hairdressing at Trowbridge, said: “The students all worked extremely hard and the designs were the most imaginative we have seen in the five years of the competition.”
The contest took place throughout the day on Wednesday at the Trowbridge campus in College Road. The Level Three presentation, which had a My Fair Lady theme, was won by Leah Roy and Abi Giles.
