White Horse Juniors have released details of their annual six-a-side summer tournament.
White Horse are looking to surpass their target of 120 teams from near and afar. Last year over 100 teams from Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Wiltshire played in seven different age groups.
The tournament which starts on Saturday July 11 until Sunday July 12, is the biggest date in the club's calendar and they are starting to look for teams to fill all the age groups, from under 7s to under 14s. The club will again be running its popular plate competition so more teams can experience knock-out competition.
Steve Bates, Club Secretary said “We are excited to announce that the tournament will be held at the new multi-sports venue at Beversbrook in Calne with top class facilities.”
Details for the whole event can be found on the club website at www.clubwebsite..co.uk/whitehorsejuniorsfc or you can pick up information by contacting the tournament organiser Nev Walters on 07999 882335, email nev1walters@aol.com.
All teams are welcome, and White Horse Juniors look forward to seeing a record number of teams at the event.
