The development of over 400 homes, public open space and a school is set to be proposed for land south of Swindon.
Catesby Estates is preparing proposals for the development of up to 425 new homes, public open space, a mixed-use centre, employment use and a primary school with a preschool nursery.
The 24-hectare development would take place on land at Midge Hall Farm, North of Royal Wootton Bassett.
Catesby Estates are now looking for feedback on their proposal prior to submitting a planning application to Wiltshire Council.
Up to 170 of the homes built will be affordable housing, which means a combination of discounted rent, discounted sale price for first-time buyers and shared ownership housing.
The mixed-use centre would provide retail and leisure-type facilities, while the employment use area would be available for commercial, business and service purposes.
Catesby Estates also promises to implement a "high-quality on-site network of travel options", including walking and cycling routes.
A spokesperson for Catesby Estates said: "As part of designing a high-quality development we are seeking your feedback on our emerging proposals before we submit an outline planning application to Wiltshire Council.
"To assist this process, we have prepared a number of plans showing the potential layout of the proposed development including vehicle and pedestrian access points, public open space, community facilities, employment space and green infrastructure."
