Wiltshire Police has warned car owners to be vigilant following two car thefts in Purton and Shalbourne in the last week.
A Black BMW M340i was stolen from a property in Pavenhill, Purton between 10.30pm on November 20 and 2.30am on November 21.
A grey BMW X5 was stolen from a property in Kingston Road, Shalbourne between midnight and 8.30am on November 23, with keys to another two vehicles also being taken.
Properties were broken into in both incidents. Police say it is clear that vehicles were the main target of both burglaries.
This follows thefts in Highworth, Swindon, Chilton Foliat and Luckington.
Wiltshire Police has given advice to car owners on taking precautions to ensure their vehicles are kept safe.
Following the Shalbourne burglary, a spokesperson for Pewsey Police said: "May I remind residents to be on their guard for any suspicious activity in our area.
"I am acutely aware that this may come as a shock to residents but can reassure you that we will use every tool at our disposal to try and bring those responsible to justice."
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "If you have information that could help with our enquiry please contact us on 101 quoting reference number 54240137423.
"You can also contact us through our website.
"Alternatively, you can leave information anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
