Center Parcs, which has a venue in Longleat Forest, has won two national tourism awards.

The holiday park operator scooped the gold award for Best Company for UK Family Holidays and the silver award for Best Company for UK Short Breaks at the British Travel Awards 2024.

The awards ceremony, which took place at Battersea Evolution in London, recognised the best small, medium, and large businesses within the travel sector through a public consumer vote.

The awards were attended by prestigious travel companies from across the country.

Center Parcs has also received other accolades this year, including its Aqua Sana Forest Spa being crowned Employer of the Year at the Professional Beauty UK Awards and Longford Forest being named Spa of the Year at the Ireland awards.

The company hosts around 2.3 million guests every year across its six UK and Ireland villages, with an average annual occupancy rate of 97 per cent and a 65 per cent return rate.

The company stays open all year round, with summer and Winter Wonderland breaks the most popular times to visit.

Ninety-five per cent of guests rate their breaks as excellent or good.
