The following cases were heard at magistrates courts in Swindon and Salisbury.
MARLBOROUGH: On Wednesday, November 6, Cameron Brimson, of Angel Yard, was sentenced for assaulting a woman and causing her actual bodily harm.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to the assault, which took place on May 19 in Frome.
He was handed a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £154 surcharge.
DAUNTSEY: On Wednesday, November 6, Elliot Graham, of Dauntsey Lock, was sentenced for driving while disqualified.
The 34-year-old pleaded guilty to driving in Chippenham while banned from the roads on May 21, and driving without insurance.
He was banned from driving for six months, received six points on his licence, was fined £120, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £48 surcharge.

CHIPPENHAM: On Wednesday, November 6, Kevin Hatherall, of Little Englands, was sentenced for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.
The 53-year-old pleaded guilty to behaving in a way likely to cause harassment, alarm, and distress, in Chippenham on September 24 and October 23.
He was fined £40 for each offence.
GREAT BEDWYN: On Tuesday, November 5, Rosanna Carlisle, of Farm Lane, was sentenced for drink driving and other motoring offences.
The 35-year-old pleaded guilty to driving in Pewsey on September 22 when the level of alcohol in her breath was 121 microgrammes per 100 millilitres.
She also admitted driving without a licence or insurance.
Carlisle was slapped with a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for 18 months, banned from driving for three years, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £154 surcharge.
PEWSEY: On Thursday, November 7, Luke Turner of North Street, was sentenced for assault by beating.
The 22-year-old pleaded guilty to assaulting a person in Trowbridge on March 23.
He was slapped with a community order lasting until November 2025, will have to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £114 surcharge.
DEVIZES: On Thursday, November 7, Frederick Trojak, of Sheep Street, was sentenced for drink driving.
The 64-year-old pleaded guilty to driving in Devizes on August 31 when the level of alcohol in her breath was 101 microgrammes per 100 millilitres.
He was slapped with a community order lasting until November 2025, banned from driving for three years, fined £120, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £114 surcharge.
CHIPPENHAM: On Wednesday, November 13, Michelle Parker, of Catterick Close, was sentenced for drink driving.
The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to driving on London Road in Chippenham on October 27 when the level of alcohol in her breath was 68 microgrammes per 100 millilitres.
She was banned from driving for 17 months, to be reduced by 17 weeks upon completion of a course, fined £576, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £230 surcharge.
MARLBOROUGH: On Wednesday, November 13, James Morgan, of Rabley Wood View, was sentenced for sending an offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message.
The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to sending three Facebook message that were “grossly offensive, indecent, obscene, or menacing” on May 5.
He was slapped with a community order lasting until May 2026, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs.
TROWBRIDGE: On Wednesday, November 13, Blerim Losha, of Yeoman Way, was sentenced for drug driving and failing to stop for a constable in uniform.
The 31-year-old pleaded guilty to driving in Trowbridge on May 22 while the proportion of Benzoylecgonine in her blood exceeded the legal limit.
She was banned from driving for three years, fined £760, and ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £308 surcharge.
