Police are searching for a pair of thieves after thousands of pounds worth of equipment was stolen from a van in Wiltshire.
On Wednesday, November 6, thieves broke into a van parked on Hornbeam Crescent in Melksham and stole work tools worth up to approximately £5,000.
The crime took place at around 3.25pm and two males are believed to be responsible.
According to eyewitnesses, the men are believed to have been driving a silver Volkswagen or Toyota hatchback style car, and one of the males has been described as "short" and "young", with "fair hair and a clean baby face."
This crime follows a number of vehicle break-ins in Melksham over recent weeks, and police are now urging anyone who could have more information to get in touch.
"If anyone witnessed this or knows who the persons may be, can they please make contact using the Wiltshire reference number 54240131283," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"You can also report any information you may have at Crimestoppers anonymously."
