Police have launched a search for two people caught on CCTV after a theft at a barber shop in Wiltshire.
On Monday, September 30, two unknown suspects entered the Headzone barber shop on Fore Street in Trowbridge and stole a mobile phone.
Police say that the pair worked together, and one of the individuals distracted the hairdresser while the other stole the phone which had been put on a table.
CCTV footage from the time of the incident now shows two people who were in the shop at the time of the crime and who officers believe to be connected to the theft.
In a new appeal to the public, Wiltshire Police are asking for anyone who recognises the man and the woman seen on CCTV to come forward.
The woman has been pictured with black hair held back in a ponytail and is wearing a pale coloured coat, while the man was seen wearing a flat cap and a pale blue/grey suit with dark facial hair.
"We would like to identify these people in connection with a theft from Headzone on September 30," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"We believe these people, who were in the shop at the time of the incident, can help with our ongoing investigation.
"If you recognise them, please contact 101 quoting reference 54240115489."
