Four more planned warehouses are on the market at a major industrial development off the M4 in Wiltshire.
In August, plans were submitted for four additional industrial units, totalling 214,000sq feet, at Indurent Park off junction 17 of the M4 at Chippenham.
While these plans remained under consultation by Wiltshire Council at the time of writing, Indurent is already looking for potential occupants for its latest batch of units.
All four are being marketed as available to let for a price to be discussed on application.
Indurent expects the latest units will be available for occupation by the end of 2025 and has previously said the development could create another 400 jobs.

The industrial park, known as St Modwen Park before a merger, already boasts several large warehouses.
Two of these have been snapped up by Furniturebox and Huboo while it is estimated that the vacant units, which combine to cover more than 450,000sq feet, could create up to 600 jobs once filled.
Indurent has promised firms “high performing” industrial buildings.
A spokesperson said: “If you’re looking for a high performing, sustainable building that works as hard as you do, then look no further.
“The units at Indurent Park Chippenham are highly sustainable warehouses that will deliver benefits for your business, your people, and the environment.”
