Warminster Fire Services along with crews from Amesbury, Wilton, Westbury and Salisbury were called to a property on the High Street in Codford at around 10:40pm on Thursday night.
They received reports about a fire in the roof of the property, which was empty at the time and thought to be an 18th Century grade II listed building.

There were no casualties and nearby properties were informed about the fire, while the scene was kept safe by fire crews.
Warminster Fire Service said: “We are currently working with colleagues from Salisbury Fire Station, Wilton Fire Station, Amesbury Fire Station and Westbury Fire Station to deal with a fire in the roof of a property in the High Street, Codford.”
A Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "At 10.40pm last night (31st October) firefighters from Warminster, Wilton, Westbury, Salisbury and Amesbury were called to reports of a property fire in High Street, Codford.
"When they arrived, firefighters found a house fully involved in fire. At the height of this incident, we had seven fire engines, a water carrier and the aerial ladder platform from Yeovil (Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue) on the scene (approx. 35 firefighters). Crews wearing breathing apparatus used three hose reels and three main jets to bring the fire under control.
"Firefighters remain at the scene of this incident and are working closely with partners in Wiltshire Council, Wiltshire Police and SSE. A joint fire investigation with Wiltshire Police has begun.”
