The design of 39 retirement bungalows in Warminster has been given the go-ahead by Wiltshire Council.
These bungalows will form part of the retirement community on land north of Grovelands Way, which was first approved in 2018.
The community is set to include a care home, care appartements, a medical centre and a pharmacy.

Now, the reserved matters application which details the design and layout of the retirement bungalows has been approved by the council.
Occupants of the homes must be at least 60 years old, and each resident will have their own private garden with access to communal landscape areas.
The proposals included plans for 86 car parking spaces, with one electric vehicle charging point per dwelling.
The application stated: “The proposed dwellings will be contemporary in appearance, but with the use of traditional materials in the form of buff facing brick, white rendered feature gables and modern slate effect roof tiles.”
According to the applicant, Wain Homes, the plans represent “a sensitive design response to its attractive context whilst taking into account the needs of future occupiers”.
The retirement community as a whole has proved controversial, with Warminster town councillors previously objecting to the increase in size of the care home from 48 bedrooms to 62 and from two storeys to three.
