Trowbridge is preparing up for its annual Remembrance Sunday service.
The event, held in honour of those who served and died, will take place on Sunday, November 10.
Civic and military dignitaries will gather outside the town hall at 9.15am before walking to St James' Church.
The service will begin at St James’ Church at 9.45am, followed by a traditional wreath-laying ceremony at the war memorial in Trowbridge Town Park.
After the church service, at around 10.40am, the parade will pass through the town where it will be saluted.
It will continue to the war memorial where the town crier will invite the wreath layers to come forward and lay their respective wreaths.
At 10.58am, the remembrance service will begin, before the last post a minute later, and a two-minute silence, which will be observed at 11am.
Due to the event, road closures will be in effect along the parade route between 9.10am and 11.10am.
Participants and attendees are advised that there will be limited seating in St James’ Church, and standing may be required.
Refreshments will be available at the civic centre after the service concludes at 11.30am.
