A Swindon man will stand trial for an alleged incident of racially aggravated harassment in the town centre.
Shaun O'Sullivan, of Whitbourne Avenue in Park North, appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on Wednesday, October 16, accused of racially aggravated harassment.
The 35-year-old was charged with the offence following an alleged incident on Canal Walk in the town centre, shortly after midday on September 15.
During this incident, a man is reported to have shouted abuse at three people.
O'Sullivan has been released on bail with conditions and is due to stand trial at Swindon Crown Court on November 15.
