Plans for over 300 homes at the site of a once major Wiltshire employer have moved a step closer to construction.

Wiltshire Council has discharged two conditions related to the development, which will be located on land at Foundry Lane in Chippenham.

Outline planning permission for the wider redevelopment of the Langley Park area was first granted in 2017, and Wiltshire Council approved the reserved matters plans for the 329 new dwellings in July 2023.
