The following cases were heard at magistrates courts in Swindon and Salisbury.
CHIPPENHAM: On Tuesday, September 10, Jamie Smith, of Charlton Close in Swindon, was sentenced for three counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
The 20-year-old pleaded guilty to assaulting two police officers and a police constable by beating them in Chippenham on July 13.
He was ordered to pay his victims £50 in compensation, slapped with a community order, and must complete 185 hours of unpaid work.
Smith was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £114 surcharge.
BOWERHILL: On Tuesday, September 10, John Brown, of Hendon Place, was sentenced for drink driving.
The 77-year-old pleaded guilty to driving on Lamplighters Walk in Trowbridge while the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 50 micrograms per 100 millilitres.
He was banned from driving for 14 months, to be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a course, fined £214 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and an £86 surcharge.
ERLESTOKE: On Thursday, September 12, Rocky Johnstone, of Union Road in Oswaldtwistle, was sentenced for harassment in Wiltshire.
The 40-year-old pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order imposed by Salisbury Crown Court by making numerous phone calls to the victim at Erlestoke, between August 5 and October 10 last year.
He was sentenced to six months in prison to be served consecutively with a previously imposed sentence.
DEVIZES: On Tuesday, September 17, Ashsons Cars Ltd, of Reddings Lane in Springfield, Birmingham, was sentenced for failing to provide information relating to the identify of a driver.
The business was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, on April 30 at Wiltshire Police HQ.
The firm was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £90 in costs and a £400 surcharge.
WILTSHIRE: On Tuesday, September 17, Barney Walsh, of Mount Road in Theydon Mount, was sentenced for speeding on the M4 in Wiltshire.
The 26-year-old was convicted of exceeding the 70mph limit on the M4 on March 6 near Swindon.
He was fined £1,000, received five penalty points on his driving record, and was ordered to pay £90 in costs and a £400 surcharge.
BURBAGE: On Tuesday, September 17, Earl Cooke, of Bourne Way, was sentenced for drink driving.
The 31-year-old pleaded guilty to driving on Cross Street in Swindon while the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 61 micrograms per 100 millilitres on August 30.
He was banned from driving for 17 months, to be reduced by 130 days on completion of a course, fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 in costs and an £48 surcharge.
CHIPPENHAM: On Tuesday, September 17, Reginald Gill, of The Oaks, was sentenced for driving without the proper insurance.
The 37-year-old was convicted of the offence, which took place on January 7 at Bath Road in Chippenham.
He was fined £387, received six penalty points on his driving record, and was ordered to pay £90 in costs and a £155 surcharge.
MALMESBURY: On Tuesday, September 17, Graham Parry, of Lansdown Road in Bath, was sentenced for speeding in Wiltshire.
The 70-year-old was convicted of breaking the 30mph speed limit on the B4040 at Charlton, Malmesbury, on April 17.
He was banned from driving for six months, received three penalty points on his driving record, was fined £307 and ordered to pay £90 in costs and a £123 surcharge.
