A woman is in hospital with serious injuries after she was hit by a car on the A350 outside Asda in Melksham.
At around 6.20pm Wiltshire Police responded after the pedestrian in their 30s was hit on Friday, September 13, with Great Western Air Ambulance also attending.
It was reported that the crash happened outside Asda on Beanacre Road. The A350 was closed for around an hour.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “At around 6.20pm on Friday we responded to a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on the A350 in Melksham.
“The pedestrian, a woman in her 30s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
“No arrests were made.”
