Westwood moved to top spot in the table on goal difference after taking all three points in a 6-0 away win over FC Chippenham Youth A.
A hat-trick from Tom Downes and a solo effort from Dan Thorne saw Westwood go into the interval four goals to the good. The second period saw Chippenham unable to break the Westwood defence and then concede a further two goals as Ben Cowdry netted twice.
Steeple Ashton Reserves 2, The Stiffs 3
THE Stiffs made it three wins out of three as they beat Steeple Ashton by the odd goal in five.
Hosts Steeple Ashton opened the scoring with a goal from Dave Cooper, but by half-time they found themselves 2-1 down as Christian Player and Phil Lewis replied for The Stiffs.
With the second half only ten minutes old Nathan Litterick put The Stiffs further ahead and the game beyond Ashton. With time running out fast Ashton did manage to score a second through Steve Ford.
Bratton Reserves 2 Westfield 1
THIS basement clash saw Bratton Reserves grab their first win on the season with a 2-1 victory over Westfield FC.
Sean Randall opened the scoring for Bratton, but Westfield were level at the interval.
Bratton won the match with a 40 yard screamer into the top corner of the net from Chris Fenwick midway through the second half.
