A teenage magician from Trowbridge is captivating audiences while raising funds for Alzheimer's Support in honour of his grandmother, who was recently diagnosed with dementia.
Oli Clark, 13, started conjuring at the age of six when he received a magic set for Christmas and quickly fell in love with the art, taking part in primary school talent shows.
In 2022, the John of Gaunt School pupil – known as Revilo - joined the Young Magicians Club, run by The Magic Circle.
He said: "I think it's mainly the reactions I get from the crowd. I love amazing people with my magic and seeing them leave with a smile. I love entertaining people."
Oli is raising funds for Alzheimer’s Support at several events this summer with his Enigma tour.
He performed at the Southwick Show on Bank Holiday Monday, August 26, and will do so again Trowbridge Country Fayre in the town park on Saturday, September 7.
He will also take his skills to the charity’s Mill Street day club in Trowbridge in a special show for club members.
Oli’s mum Lucy said: “We are so proud of Oli's dedication and determination with his magic, I don't know where he gets his amazing confidence to perform.”
