Two show homes have opened at a housing development in Melksham.
Following Buckley Gardens' launch event, which welcomed more than 90 visitors, sales of the homes have exceeded one per week since the end of June.
Louise Ware, sales director for Barratt David Wilson Homes South West, said: "There has been a terrific amount of interest in Buckley Gardens since it opened just a few weeks ago and unveiling two show homes will now give customers a feel for the quality of our homes here."
There is a five-bedroom property for visitors to look around, as well as a three-bedroom home.
Buckley Gardens is David Wilson Homes South West’s first fully Part L compliant development where the A/B EPC-rated properties are highly efficient, more environmentally friendly and have lower energy bills.
Part L focuses improving properties’ energy-efficiency credentials, leading to lower energy usage for heating, lighting and daily needs, with the potential for homeowners to save up to £2,590 each year on bills.
The development features electric car charging points, solar panels and argon-filled double glazing.
Situated north of the Hampton Park commercial area, Buckley Gardens will also include new ponds, a play area and more than 100 new trees.
